C'est le Cheese to Offer a Fondue Class

Posted on January 8

Gloomy, gray days make me want to crawl back into bed and eat grilled cheese sandwiches. I must not be alone in this sentiment – why else would C'est le Cheese offer a “Fabulous Fondues” class in mid-January?  I suspect this class – which is, according to the website, “a marvelous way to experience the nuances of fine cheese” - will fill up quickly. For $50, participants learn “the secrets for deliciously perfect pots," a few creative variations on traditional recipes, and will finish – sweetly, of course - with a chocolate fondue.

The class will be held on Wednesday, January 12th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
