Talented chocolatier Ginger Elizabeth Hahn crafts more than just her popular (and very upscale) chocolates. On Saturday, March 5th, she’s whipping up a mouthwatering batch of cupcakes for customers who savor her high-end baked goods. This one-day-event will feature creative (and luscious-sounding) selections such as a buttermilk lemon cupcake filled with Meyer lemon curd, then topped with buttercream and baked meringue crumbles; and a “salty caramel cupcake” – a rich chocolate cupcake filled with fleur de sel caramel and topped with caramel buttercream.
Cupcakes cost $3 each, and the shop is accepting pre-orders today for 6 or more cupcakes. Quantities are limited tomorrow, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. My advice: if you’re a cupcake aficionado, show up early.
