UC Davis is celebrating a “journey into pairings of beer and cheese” at Saturday’s “Fermentation at its Finest,” to be held on campus from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the UC Davis Conference Center. Masters of Ceremony Seana Doughty, President of the California Artisan Cheese Guild, and Charlie Bamforth, Professor of Brewing at UC Davis, will present an impressive lineup of cheese makers and brewers to discuss their products; and attendees will indulge in tasting designed to highlight the “vast range of beer and tastes and aromas to delight in…and just as many cheese sensations to devour.”
Tickets are $65 for the general public and $55 for UC Davis students, faculty and staff. (Attendees must be 21 or over).
