I wandered into Kupros Craft House recently on a sweltering 103 degree afternoon. Parched and overheated, I needed a cocktail that would cool me down and reboot my weary tastebuds. The bartender whipped me up a house specialty called “A King’s Conudrum,” fashioned with house-infused serrano chili gin, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice and a hefty dash of ginger. Liberally sprinkled with finely chopped cilantro, the pleasingly spicy, robustly flavored beverage was a serious revitalizer.
