Auburn's Carpe Vino to Offer a Special "Citrus Serenade" Menu

Citrus fans, here’s your chance to celebrate the juicy fruits you love. Cozy little Carpe Vino in Auburn is featuring a week-long tribute to foothill winter fruits called “Citrus Serenade,” and it occurs March 26th through the 30th. The innovative and enticing 4-course prix-fixe menu includes mussels steamed in citrus and their leaves, embellished with coconut milk, ginger and Serrano chiles (and accompanied by lemongrass-garlic toast); roast Moroccan chicken with preserved Meyer lemon; and orange flower panna cotta for dessert. The meal is $49 per person and does not include wine.
