Every Tuesday the restaurant offers a 3-course buttermilk fried chicken “dinner” (also offered during lunch) that includes a fresh spring greens salad, followed by a plate of four (yes, four) pieces of crusty, hot, deliciously moist chicken served up with a mound of comforting, chive-speckled mashed potatoes. After plowing through this rib-sticking repast, you’re given a warm wet cloth to wipe your hands (you’ll need it) before your server delivers the pièce derésistance: a warm house-made blondie, crowned with a creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream.
