New Faces Showcase

Posted on July 2

It’s cheap and it’s fun—what more could you want? “It” is the Punch Line Sacramento’s New Faces Showcase, a monthly event featuring established local comedians as well as the region’s freshest new funny folks. The July event is on Thursday the 3rd at 8 p.m., just in time to kick off the long holiday weekend. Comedy styles will vary, so with any luck, there’ll be something to make everybody howl. But don’t bring the kids: The show is 18 and over, and valid photo IDs are de rigueur.

Just one small caveat: There’s a two-drink minimum on top of the measly $5 cover charge. But you were already planning to linger over a libation or two—right?
