There’s an event coming up on Feb. 24 that is just right for those who welcomed the month of “love” with a proposal. The Loved Bridal Fete and Showcase takes place at Eight American Bistro in Granite Bay from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event includes hosted wine and hors d’oeuvres, fashion, live music and a wedding seminar titled “The Dos & Don’ts To Stay on Budget.” You’ll have an opportunity to buy sample sale wedding gowns at deep discounts (we’re talking $300 to $1,200 each), and you can pick up a veil for about $50. Representatives from Gypsy Mobile Boutique and Stella & Dot will be on hand selling their fashionable wares. All in all, a great way to spend a Sunday!  Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door.
