Small plates are the focus. Order the teeny grilled lamb chops, accompanied by an intriguing miso wine polenta, or the seared Wagyu beef topped with ginger, garlic and pink Hawaiian sea salt. Chef’s special rolls include the Great White (calamari tempura and scallops with a spicy cream sauce) and Krazy Kali (crab and spicy tuna with garlic cream and shiso oil).
