The menu is seasonal and locally focused, with many of the ingredients sourced from area farms and ranches (including owners Ron and Terri Gilliland’s own Lucky Dog Ranch, which supplies the beef). You don’t have to be a cowhand to appreciate the hearty brunch menu, which includes crusty buttermilk cheddar biscuits with scrambled eggs and ancho sausage gravy.
