Description

While the word ‘middle’ can sometimes have a negative connotation – i.e. “middle child syndrome” or “middleman,” when it comes to the corporate ladder, the middle might be where you find yourself today, or maybe where you aspire to be tomorrow. Either way, come join Metro EDGE and our expert guests, Gordon Fowler, President & CEO of 3Fold Communications and Keri Thomas, Director Community and Government Relations of Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region, as we tackle the difficult and relevant issues that come with middle management and discuss how to: • Communicate across generations • Improve opportunities to move upward • Learn effective ways to deal with peers who are now subordinates • Manage a work life balance as your responsibilities increase   Seating is limited!
