Home Is: Artists Reflect on the Meaning of Place
Apr 12, 2013 to Jun 2, 2013
11:30 am until 5:00 pm
This event occurs daily, every 1 day(s).
In this exhibit, artists investigate the meaning of home in media ranging from photography and painting to ceramic sculpture. As “place” is defined through memory, the display exemplifies how our sense of belonging is always shifting. Participating artists include Ann Marie Campbell, Melissa Chandon, Troy Dalton, Julie Diane, Jeff Downing, Lee Kavaljian, Malia Landis, Suzanne Long, Emma Luna, Victoria Rose Martin, Judith Monroe, David Nasater, Hearne Pardee, Barbara Prodaniuk, Charlene Doiron Reinhart, and Gerry Wallace. Sponsored by Roger and Claudia Salquist. Join us for the Opening Reception on April 12, 6-9 PM to view the exhibit and meet several of the artists.
