| Description |
On Stage at The State presents a LIVE Radio Show - `Miracle on 34th Street'. The LIVE Radio production has become a popular annual event during the holidays, and this Play will be no exception. The show features established local actors and some newcomers to the theatre, and the tech gurus are creating the atmosphere for this holiday season family favorite.
The familiar story is heartwarming, funny and entertaining. After the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, people are wondering if a department store Santa might be the real thing! The original 1947 film starring Maureen O'Hara, Natalie Wood, and John Payne is an annual favorite on TV. Seeing the live performance on the BIG stage will be a real holiday treat.
See it the weekend of Dec 7-9 only. Tickets available online www.livefromauburn.com, or phone the office at 530-885-0156. Friday and Saturday, at 7:30 pm, Sunday at 3 pm. Box office opens 1 1/2 hours before the show, and doors open 1/2 hour before the show. Refreshments available in the Marquee Room before the show and during intermission.
