"Miracle on 34th Street" in Winters

This fall, Winters Theatre Company will present “Miracle on 34th Street, adapted by Mountain Community Theater.”

A heartwarming holiday story, “Miracle on 34th Street” has become a holiday classic since the release of the 20th Century Fox movie in 1947.  Kris Kringle gets a job working as Santa for Macy's. He unleashes waves of goodwill with customers and the commercial world by referring them to other stores.  Seen as deluded and dangerous by a vocational counselor, Kris ends up in a court competency hearing.  At stake is one little girl's belief in Santa.  The court confirms Kris as the true Santa creating a true miracle in the hearts of many children...and adults!

Gala Opening on Friday, November 16th, 7:30 p.m.  Fridays and Saturdays, November 17th – December 1st, 8 p.m.
