| Description |
Teen Apparel Program (T.A.P) is a free community program for aspiring teen fashion designers ages 13 to 18 and still in school. The program is held on Saturdays at Faith Fellowship Community Church in North Highlands in partnership with Agee Fashion Institute located in Rancho Cordova. Students learn to design, draft patterns and sew. An end of year fashion showcase event occurs for friends and family to see students artistic talent. Only 12 students are accepted each year.
