The Great Cake Walk

On March 14, 2013, come to the CSUS Alumni Center (6000 J St) from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm to taste scrumptuous cake from some of Sacramento's renown bakers at Rick's Dessert Diner, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Above and Beyond Cakes and Ettore, just to name a few.  Enjoy cake decorating demonstrations, a live and silent auction, music by jazz bands from Rio Americano and Christian Brothers high schools and old-fashioned Cake Walks to support the efforts of Closing the Gap, whose mission is to harness money, resources and commitment to help close the achievement gap.  Tickets available at www.closingthegapusa.org
