DESCRIPTION:<p>\n	Teen Apparel Program (T.A.P) is a free community program 
 for aspiring teen fashion designers ages 13 to 18 and still in school.  Th
 e program is held on Saturdays at Faith Fellowship Community Church in Nor
 th Highlands in partnership with Agee Fashion Institute located in Rancho 
 Cordova. </p>\n<p>\n	Students learn to design\, draft patterns and sew.  A
 n end of year fashion showcase event occurs for friends and family to see 
 students artistic talent.  Only 12 students are accepted each year.  Regis
